When one annoying manager lied to his employee about a future promotion and raise, the employee decided to take matters into his own hands and find a new job. Relaying this information to management, magically the bonus money opened up, and the employee took it... without saying no to the new job. 

In the end, the employee worked a month for both jobs, got his new salary retroactively applied to the previous month and all future vacation days, and quit into the sunset with a full payout.
